"Quality is some degree of excellence" Platon
The activity of the Hospital in Śrem in the market conditions causes that the requirements concerning the quality of the given medical services in the scope of preventive and disease treatment, in agreement with medical knowledge, professional ethics and the valid legislation do have a more and more important role.
Wanting to increase our credibility when it comes to contacts with the patients, personnel, payer, suppliers, founding organ and among the local community the director of the Hospital in Śrem made a decision to develop and introduce the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System.
On the days between the 23rd and the 25th of June 2008 our Hospital was evaluated by independent external auditors of the IMQ company from Milan with an agency in Poland. During the visitation they appraised our preparations for meeting the standards of the ISO 9001:2000.
The visitation ended wit h a positiv verdict and the Hospital received the certificate! - download the certificate.
The success was achieved thanks to the effort of all employees who showed engagement, devoted their time and knowledge. The past months were filled with hard work necessary for the creation and implementation of the system documentation, elaboration of the Quality and Quality Policy Book, internal audits and trainings.
Possession of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System makes our hospital distinct among other institutions and is a base for building credibility of the hospital on the medical services market. It also puts on responsibility of complying with the accepted procedures and constant system development.
