QUALITY POLICY
The Hospital in Śrem gives medical services on a high level in accordance with the existing law acts and patient's expectations. The hospital ensures them, the people visiting them and the personnel friendly and safe working and stay conditions.
Having in mind a constant improvement of the quality of the given services in our institution a quality management system meeting ISO 9001:2000 was elaborated and implemented.

The board of directors of the hospital is doing periodical reviews of the management system functionality and at the same time verifying the quality policy adjusting it to the changing conditions.
The above policy is known to all employees of the hospital and is given to all interested patients and their families.
Based on the general aims the detailed aims are elaborated and tare subject to acceptation and periodic verification by the board of directors of the hospital.
The management of the Hospital in Śrem is obliged to ensure resources and means necessary for the realization of the above policy.

The realization of those aim is done through:
- constant increase in qualifications and consciousness of the employees whose work influences the quality of the given services,
- purchase of the state of the art and essential medical equipment,
- creation of a pleasant atmosphere around the patient,
- providing full information about the treatment progress,
- successive renovation of the particular departments and their adaptation for the existing and binding standards,
- analyzing and drawing conclusions from the questionaires filled by the patients leaving the hospital,
- engagement of the management in activities aiming at the development of the hospital.
